Mapping The Regulatory Landscape for Higher Education

Introduction

This package is intended to give governors and staff an overview of student-related regulation in higher education across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. There are a series of slides that give a high-level visual representation of the relationships between government departments, regulatory agencies, and university obligations.

The England slides are supported by a number of tables (in an Excel workbook) which give a more granular account of the details behind the diagrams.
