This year’s programme centres on our theme Navigating Change: Collaboration, Courage and Clarity, bringing together inspiration, challenge, and connection in fresh and memorable ways. Highlights include:
- Keynotes from Professor Evelyn Welch (University of Bristol) and Alistair Jarvis CBE (AdvanceHE).
- Sector insights from AMOSSHE, OIAHE, JISC, and our ARC Practitioner Groups.
- Early morning Courageous Conversations and Disrupter Breakfasts, creating space for bold thinking and honest dialogue.
- Breakout streams exploring Digital Futures, Risk & Resilience, Service Excellence, Connection & Culture, and Practitioner Perspectives.
- Opportunities for mini one-to-one coaching and dedicated time to connect, reflect, and build your professional network.
- And, on Day 2, a special TEDx-style guest speaker a voice from outside the sector, bringing sharp wit, fresh perspective, and provocative ideas to challenge how we see ourselves and our work.
Social Experiences
This year’s conference dinner, on Monday 3rd November, will be a fantastic opportunity for delegates to relax, unwind, and connect with colleagues. Hosted aboard the iconic SS Great Britain, the evening promises an unforgettable experience in a truly historic setting. Attendees will enjoy dinner surrounded by the atmosphere of life at sea in the Victorian era, with the chance to explore the ship and its fascinating stories.
Join us at 3pm for a guided walk through Bristol on Sunday 2nd November, exploring the city’s history and hidden stories. If you’d like to take part, please plan your travel so you’re in Bristol by early afternoon. Spaces are limited and registration for this will be shared soon. The day ends with our evening welcome reception, a relaxed chance to meet fellow delegates.
