Earlier this year, the House of Lords Industry and Regulators Committee launched an inquiry into the work of the Office for Students.
The inquiry looked to examine whether the statutory duties of the OfS are clear and examine its performance against those duties since its establishment.
As part of the inquiry, the Committee published a call for evidence, seeking written submissions from interested parties. As an organisation, we felt that we held relevant content and context that we wished to share in our Roles as Academic Registrars’ or equivalent. ARC therefore submitted a response to the call for evidence.
