- ARC Assessment Practitioners' Group (APG) meeting
- The University of Birmingham have very kindly agreed to host our in-person APG on 4 February 2026. We will aim to start at 1000 (with coffees/teas from 0930am) and finish by 1515 at the latest.Further details on the venue and the confirmed agenda will be circulated via the ARC-APG email forum closer to the time.To book a place, you will need to be an ARC member organisation and be one of your institution’s two official APG group members to be able to book on to this event. Members can send alternates so please either note this on the booking or drop me a line to let me know. If you have any issues booking please let Annie or Rachel know (see contact details below). The agenda is still being drafted but we will be dedicating the morning to ‘all things Exams’ and have confirmed speakers from University of Leeds, Manchester Metropolitan and the University of Manchester. In the afternoon we will be moving on to talk about Mitigating/Extenuating Circumstances with speakers from UCL and University of Law. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time.We hope to see as many of you there as possible. If you are able to join us, please could you book by 15 January so that we have a sense of numbers and dietary requirements for catering.I am afraid we won’t be able to run this event in hybrid but we will of course circulate any materials to the group following the session.
