Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP)

The Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP), is a beacon of best practice and a guiding voice for HE professional services staff. For over 60 years, it has supported and guided its members, as they define and develop their career ambitions. The AHEP vision is simple: ‘We are working towards a day when every higher education professional is connected, supported, and developed within a diverse and high-performing community.’ We do this by empowering members to identify and act on their development needs. We provide access to many routes of professional development, serving everyone in the HE community no matter what their career stage or level of position. Collaboration is at the core of the AHEP offering, which is why we facilitate members to build their own networks, inside and outside their institutions.
