This event took place via Zoom on 5 June 2020. A survey was sent out to ARC members to identify hot topics and areas in which ARC could assist their members. The results of the survey helped shape the agenda. Both resources can be found below.

ARC members can find a recording of the session and the chat thread by following the below steps:

- Login to the ARC website
- Navigate to Members Area
- Navigate to Resources
- Type '5 June 2020' under Document and choose the Institutional Members Group from the dropdown
- Click the search icon on the right of the page
